Do You Like Yourself?


Well do you?

I can’t express enough how important it is to be able to like your self. I’m not asking you to be in love with yourself just yet. If you despise your self it’ll take a little practicing and accepting your self. And just remember you can always improve your self. You can always strengthen your good points. That’s not for me to decide what they are.

One of the things I do every day is to sit alone for 30 minutes. No talking, radio, tv, reading or anything. Just sit quietly and get in touch with my home base. That home base is me.

When I get in tune with me I am so appreciative of everything around me.

Also I have to admit that when I look in the mirror I like me.

Sure there are days when I don’t like my flabby thighs. But heck I’m not about to let that ruin my day or my sex life! I immediately focus on something I like about me. I like my hair - it’s very long. So I’ll stand naked in front of the mirror and brush my hair and watch it fall over my boobs into my waist.

You’ll find the more you start liking you others will begin to like you to.

It’s a simple law of attraction.

And what else happens the more you like you, you begin attracting men that like them selves too.

Men that like themselves are confident and mature. Look I’m not talking about being vain and egotistical. I’m talking about healthy appreciation of your beingness.

People that like themselves are aware of them selves - they pay attention to their thoughts, actions and choices they make.

The more you begin to like yourself and do things that please you, the more powerful your personality becomes. On that note I’d like to say the things that please you are the ones that strenghthen you rather than weaken you. You’ll begin to realise things like eating healthy gives you more pleasure than eating junk because you’ll have noticed that body reacts favourably to healthy foods etc.

And if right now you can’t think of anything that you like about your self i invite you to sit down quietly and acknowledge yourself. The first time you do this you may feel over whelmed with emotion. Just acknowledge yourself and say hello. Even better is to look deep into your eyes in the mirror.

You’re great and you’re special.

I’m a person that believes we create our reality. I believe our bodies are a manifestation of our soul.
