I bet you thought I was going to write men want sex and good food.
Okay so I love men jokes too and agree that men are more simply wired than we are. And I don’t mean this in a derogatory kind of way.
I’ve often had women complain to me that men send them mixed signals. What mixed signals? Men always act according to how they feel and think. Easy. Women on the other hand are known to act more complicated.
Take the whole telephoning thing. If a man says he’ll call you and he doesn’t, what does it mean? It means he doesn’t feel like calling you or he would. So stop making excuses about how he’s all involved with his work etc. If he wanted to call you he would. What’s there to not understand? The fact that he said he would call you and he didn’t? Well he said that then but he didn’t call so don’t worry about it. And don’t call him. Calling Men is a whole story of it’s own – I’m just giving an example here.
Why do women feel like they have to behave so differently with men?
I’ve concluded men want happy, communicative and smiling women. Don’t you prefer a happy person too?
Men want to be acknowledged and respected. Don’t you? And seriously if you are with a man that doesn’t respect you what are you doing with him? No excuses.
Men want to be praised. Men like it when you make them feel great. Yeah I know you are great too – and believe me a man that is interested in you will let you know in no uncertain terms that he thinks you are fab. Attitude does it – you don’t have to tell him 25 times a day, merely let him know by the things you do with him and for him.
Men want support – just like you do. Doesn’t mean you have to give up your life- it means you show that you’ll stand by him. So simple.
Running around in your cute pjamas with your fluffy slippers with your “I just woke up but want to go back to bed” look is fine. Running around in a slovenly house suit, bitching and whining is not what he wants.
I know there are plenty of women that think a man must have them the way they are but really how can you expect to have a quality man if you’re not prepared to improove yourself?
Men want honesty. You do too. And if he isn’t honest then what are you doing with him?
Men want to be able to talk with you.
And finally men want to make the women they love happy. If you are difficult to please he’ll start with drawing and you’ll think men are difficult to please.
Oh I forgot yes men do want sex, not because they are steered by the penis, but because they want to make you feel good too. And if you haven’t been getting this feeling with men then maybe it’s time you find the right man. A man you can click with.
Men are fun. Men are our opposites. We can only procreate with men.
And yes men want a good meal but so do you. So you may as well make something for him too. He’ll show his appreciation.
