I know some people think it’s not polite to talk about things like bacterial vaginosis but we have to have that talk. Don’t feel embarrassed.

Do you have any of these symptoms?

• A vaginal odor
• Burning vaginal itch
• A white vaginal discharge

Those symptoms are an indication that you have a bacterial vaginosis. But never fear, I’m here to tell you the causes. If you know the cause then it’s easy to get the cure.

• Sex
  Having sex at a young age
  Having more than one sexual partner
  Having sex with more than one partner at once ie a three some.By having sex foreign bacteria can move into the vagina.  The foreign bacteria is out to invade the good, clean healthy bacteria. The good bacteria can’t deal with the onslaught of  foreign bacteria and pretty quickly bacterial vaginosis sets in.
• Douching
  Douching and washing the vagina because you want it to be squeaky clean is not a good idea. The reason being that all the washing and douching is rinsing the vaginal flora out of the system therby making space for all the bad bacteria. The bad bacteria has no resistance and can live happily ever after.I’m not saying never wash, just be reasonable. Rinsing with warm water on the outside is good enough. You don’t need to get in there and rinse!
• Underwear
  Get your self some sexy cotton under wear. This gives the good bacteria a chance to breath so it can continue to provide immunities to the bad bacteria.  So think about it next time you want to swaddle your bod into skin tight jeans. Your nunu needs to breathe.
  
• Food
  Ah food is one of my next favorite subjects besides men, love and sex. What you eat contributes a lot to whether you will have bacterial vaginosis or not. (I have another blog where I’ve written the truth about nutrition, feel free to read it.)

Are you wondering whether men want naked or hairy fannys?

Well according to my research men do like a hair free zone, especially for kissing and licking your honey pot. But not all men want a nunu that is completely naked. I’ve had men tell me a totally bare cookie is like looking at a very young cookie and they want to know and feel like they are with somebody that is legal.

Then on the other hand there are guys that love big hair. If it wasn’t so there wouldn’t be a whole niche in the porno industry for those that like it hairy.

As for me I keep it bare around the anus and actual cookie part with a racing stripe above. I find it is hygenic. But God gave us hair for a reason and that is to protect our intimate part. Considering wer’e highly civilised and not living our lives naked we don’t really need that hair. After all we’ve got Victoria’s Secret to cover up with.  My friend who loves going to nudist places keeps her natural bush, just trimmed neatly at the sides so those hairs don’t peek out onto her thighs when she is in a bathing suit.

So then let’s take a look at the different methods for keeping the hair styled down there.

Shaving

1. Before you get out the razor – stop. Get a pair of scissors and cut off the hair first. cut as close to the skin as you can. Other wise shaving will take a long time and cause you suffering. First cut hair with scissors.
2. Now that you’ve cut off as much hair as possible get ready to shave. You need to get your skin soft and free of irritants before you proceed to shave. The best way is to immerse yourself into a nice warm bath. The warm water will soften the hairs and your skin. You could also take a warm shower, spraying the warm water onto the are which you want to have hair free. Afterwards you should dry yourself and then begin the shaving ritual.  But I’ll admit I shave whilst I’m still in the bath.
3. You need to generously apply shaving cream to the genital area. Don’t use your mans shaving cream. If you must use his razor use one which he has already used or the blade will be to sharp. Use a shaving cream that is free of perfume. A  porno star told me that vaseline works wonderfully. I tried it out and it really did prevent rashes.  Take your time to shave your genitals. Shave in the direction of your hair. You may have to shave over the are more than once to get a completely smooth skin.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. Give your pubic area some loving attention with a good natural skin oil. Aloe Vera and vitamin E are wonderful for sensitive skins. If you are planning on a love making session after shaving then wash away all oils and lotions if you are using condoms to prevent pregnancy.  The reason being that latex is affected by lotions and oils, thereby becoming more porous.

Waxing
Is a method for removing the hair with warm wax. The procedure can be painful but when executed by a pro is over quickly. Also you are hair free for a couple of weeks and the new hair grows out less bristly than from a shaved job.

1. Brazialian
   This term was invented in Brazil where beauty salons offered to do a bikini wax removing hair around the anus and labia so that there was nothing sprouting out of the tanga.
2. Full Brazialian
   All the hair is removed, the genitals are completely naked – like the day you were born.

  Skin is the biggest organ on the body. What we rub onto our skin is absorbed into the body. A lot of cosmetics are derived from the petrol industry. Uughh! Choose cosmetics that are derived from organic plants.

Hello again,

I apologise for my scarcity – I’ve been working on some videos which I wanted to upload for you but it didn’t work out so I’ll have to think of alternatives.

I trust I’m not offending you on this topic but I’ve had women ask me what to do about their vaginal odour.

Firstly let me assure you that vaginal smell is your greatest assest. I mean it. Men are totally turned on by  your personal smell. So don’t be embarrassed – I’m presuming of course that you don’t have unpleasant vaginal odour.

If your fanny is smelling rather loudly even after washing then you may have an odour problem.

And by the way washing too vigourously with soap is not a good idea. Trust me on this – I’ve done that and landed up having an itchy dry fanny .  My doctor told me that I’m washing all the good bacteria away.  You need all those bacteria to get wet and sexy!

Use a natural soap that is free of  industry left overs, like petroleum. Yikes. I sure hope you are reading what goes into your cosmetics. And when you wash your private parts gently does it, you don’t need to get soap “in there” and douching ain’t wise either.

A healthy body does not have anything smelly about it. Okay granted, not washing and sweating will cause some unpleasant smells. The biggest factor to stinky vaginal odour is health.  Coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, lack of sleep and processed foods take their toll on your health. Ultimately this shows up with all sorts of bad odours.

So eat lots of raw organic fruit and vegetables. Your health with improove, your energy will go up and your body wil find it’s natural weight. Your hair will shine and off putting vaginal odour will dissapear.

And just by the way if you want to seduce a man – take your vaginal juice and rub it behind your ears like you would with perfume. I’m presuming your juice doesn’t smell fishy . THis will drive your man wild or any man that comes close to you. And they won’t know why they feel so horny for you. I know it’s wicked. But you want tricks and I’m giving them to you. What you just read are they lyrics from the song “Hair”.  It’s an old hippy song from a by gone era.

But truth is our hair is our crowning glory. As you know my hair is very long – I would feel completely naked without it. I’ve cut it short  one or two times and regretted  it immediately.  I enjoy the many styling options I have with my long hair.  I also like long hair on men. Of course it must be clean and brushed.  So I can run my fingers through it.  Seriously though I do not choose men by their hair length or by any length they may have. Wink, wink.

Thinning hair and hair loss may seem more acceptable amongst men.  I don’t want to get into the whole issue of what hair loss can do to a man’s ego because this is about us women.

Do you agree with me that us women want to have a gorgeous head of hair whether we wear it long or short? Why do you think so many women spend a fortune on shampoos, hairdressers and hair accesories?

So encountering hair loss is no joke. I know I’m always brushing my hair and checking to see if it’s not thinning.

As for my other body hairs I’m always removing them!

Up until now we have been told these 3 big myths about hair loss:

1. The first one is “it’s genetic there’s no cure. Just learn to love yourself with no hair.”
2. The second is “your only option is to use toxic and expensive chemicals on your head for the rest of your life”.
3. The third is “The only way you’ll ever have more hair growing in your head is by having a hair transplant.”

As usual maintaining a healthy head of hair comes down to, you guessed it: Health. What else were you expecting from me?

Here are some points that contribute to hair loss and no amount of expensive shampoo & conditioner are going to fix thinning hair if these major points are not considered:

• Stress
• Toxicity
• Tooth fillings
• Not drinking enough water
• Swimming pools
• Sugar intake

Facing up to Hair Loss and Thinning Hair

Beauty comes from within. Maybe you’ve been told otherwise – like beauty is only skin deep. Believe me who you are on the inside shows on the outside.

So maybe you are fat but you can loose weight. Don’t allow other people to say to you but the women in our family or like this. Maybe they are but you can be an exception. Then again there are plenty of men that enjoy curvy women. But you’ll only feel sexy being curvy if you enjoy being who you from within your soul. Only then will you see yourself as a voluptuous curvy woman.

The fisrt thing to being beautiful is to enjoy your own body. You can’t really expect other people to find you beautiful if you can’t see your own beauty.

This has nothing to do with vanity – it has to do with appreciating your self.

I tell you I have less and less bad hair days – not because my hair is so perfect but because I focus on the beauty of it. If it looks crappy for me open, I’ll put it up. I’ll always find a way to style it so that I’m happy.

I don’t mean to come across as kitschy or a a wild happy clapper but I know that God loves me no matter what. And that helps heaps.

Soul Beauty

Well do you?

I can’t express enough how important it is to be able to like your self. I’m not asking you to be in love with yourself just yet. If you despise your self it’ll take a little practicing and accepting your self. And just remember you can always improve your self. You can always strengthen your good points. That’s not for me to decide what they are.

One of the things I do every day is to sit alone for 30 minutes. No talking, radio, tv, reading or anything. Just sit quietly and get in touch with my home base. That home base is me.

When I get in tune with me I am so appreciative of everything around me.

Also I have to admit that when I look in the mirror I like me.

Sure there are days when I don’t like my flabby thighs. But heck I’m not about to let that ruin my day or my sex life! I immediately focus on something I like about me. I like my hair – it’s very long. So I’ll stand naked in front of the mirror and brush my hair and watch it fall over my boobs into my waist.

You’ll find the more you start liking you others will begin to like you to.

It’s a simple law of attraction.

And what else happens the more you like you, you begin attracting men that like them selves too.

Men that like themselves are confident and mature. Look I’m not talking about being vain and egotistical. I’m talking about healthy appreciation of your beingness.

People that like themselves are aware of them selves – they pay attention to their thoughts, actions and choices they make.

The more you begin to like yourself and do things that please you, the more powerful your personality becomes. On that note I’d like to say the things that please you are the ones that strenghthen you rather than weaken you. You’ll begin to realise things like eating healthy gives you more pleasure than eating junk because you’ll have noticed that body reacts favourably to healthy foods etc.

And if right now you can’t think of anything that you like about your self i invite you to sit down quietly and acknowledge yourself. The first time you do this you may feel over whelmed with emotion. Just acknowledge yourself and say hello. Even better is to look deep into your eyes in the mirror.

You’re great and you’re special.

I’m a person that believes we create our reality. I believe our bodies are a manifestation of our soul.
